What is TCSHUB.com?
TCSHUB.com is a web application that provides New York City Taxi and Limousine Commission (TLC)-licensed bases access to the TLC and DMV licensing status of their fleet of vehicles and drivers. In addition, we provide curated data on points, open summonses and street hail violations related to the base, its drivers and vehicles.
What types of bases are supported?
TCS's App is currently supports all TLC-licensed Black Car, Luxury Limousine and Community Car Service bases.
How often is this data updated?
Our system automatically downloads data from the TLC several times daily to ensure that the base has the latest information about it's drivers and vehicles when dispatching.
Do we need to manually input our drivers and vehicles?
When you sign up, the TCS App will automatically populate your vehicles' information based on the latest information available from the TLC. Driver information is manually inputted into the system, however, the process is very simple since only the TLC license number is required.
What other features are available?
In addition to the web application which provides an easy-to-use interface for your base's data right on your desktop, you also receive daily email reports with the current status of your drivers and vehicles.
Is there an API available?
Yes, for an additional $25 a month, you can use our API to integrate our curated data into your own systems, including your dispatch system.
